Engineering Maps
RW Engineering, Inc. were the consulting engineers for the sewer district. The maps detail the main lines on Mountain View Drive and Palouse River Drive, as well as several other lines including Mill Road, State Highway 8, Tomer Butte Rd, and Lundquist Lane.
Engineering Report
The district received a preliminary report in 1974 which detailed every aspect of the creation of a sewer district. This included the funding, the engineering and construction, the meeting of EPA standards and the monthly service charge to patrons.
